1. Payment - All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Your order will be finalized only after payment has been received and confirmed. We offer the following forms of payment -

• CREDIT CARD - Credit Card payments are handled by our reliable affiliate, Plastic Creations. Please note that, in your credit card statement, the name of the merchant for this transaction will appear as sales@plasticcreations.com.
• MAIL-IN PAYMENT - In case of a Mail-In payment (i.e., you mail us a personal check), we can accept checks drawn only on a bank account in the USA, payable in US $. Please make out the check in favor of BANARASI KUTHI USA and mail it to Banarasi Kuthi, 1720 Andover Ln, Corinth, TX 76210, USA. Your order will be processed only after your check clears. You can expedite the process greatly by (a) buying a Cashier's Check from your bank, made out in favor of Banarasi Kuthi USA and (b) sending it to us via Priority Mail.
• WIRE TRANSFER - Should you choose 'Wire Transfer', you will be sent an email message with details of the bank account to which you need to wire transfer your payment. Wire transfer payments will incur an additional $15.00 fee over the invoice amount.
Please understand that your bank may charge you an additional fee to facilitate the transaction. Please ensure that the payment wired to our bank is exactly equal to the amount on the invoice, plus the $15.00 processing fee. Please double check with your bank to make sure that they ask you to pay any applicable transfer fee separately, and NOT not deduct any fee from the amount you are trying to transfer. Wire transfer is the recommended method of payment, if you are paying from outside the USA and, for some reason, cannot use a credit card.
2. Refunds - Banarasi Kuthi is a retailer of international repute and takes it customer service extremely seriously. We triple check each order manually, before shipping it out. Of course, there may be expected variations in colors depicted on the web because no two monitors display the same color set, and there is always a slight reduction in color fidelity when computer images are created. Since we know that our products are dispatched in pristine condition (we have not had a single case of return during the time we have been selling sarees online), we will process refunds in the following manner. The customer will ship the product back to India (delivery address available on request) at her/his own expense and responsibility. After the product has been received and inspected, appropriate refunds will be processed, based on the condition of the product relative to it original condition. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. If applicable, a refund for the appropriate amount, which will solely be determined by Banarasi Kuthi, will be paid in the form of a check made to in the name of the original customer and mailed to the original billing address, specified at the time of the order. 3. Delivery - Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 10 to 12 working days after your payment has been confirmed or cleared. However, international shipment is susceptible to a large number of uncontrollable factors; so, in extremely rare cases, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If you choose options such as "Add Fall" or "Add Pekoe," each of those will add one day to the delivery schedule. Please be assured that we will keep you informed about the status of your order from the time of your order to the completion of shipment and provide you with tracking numbers and other details, where available.
4. Customs Duty - Please note that while we do not have any additional shipping charges over the price of the item, you may be levied Customs Duty by the Customs Authority of the country you reside in, when the shipment arrives as an import to your address. This is neither collected by us nor is it within our control. In all cases, payment of Customs Duty is the responsibility of the buyer.
